Ladies accused me and my mother of stealing. Following us around especially me, when we paid and were about to leave they said they need to do a bag search. I asked why and they said it's just random thing they do on Sundays. The lady with the blonde in her hair stood in front of the door blocking us from leaving. We watched other people walk out and they didn't do anyone or follow anyone like us, they also looked in the mirror at the top when I was walking. I talked to the supervisor and she said sorry if it made us uncomfortable. They followed us around and were a rude. The pictures attached is what they look like, the lady with blonde hair was the worst.
Store is well organised and clean. Staff is very helpful. Return policy is extremely poor.
Purchased a product and tried to return on the very next day but they don’t do refunds.
Upon advising that Dr asked not to use a particular product, they issued a credit note. On next purchase, was told to use the entire credit note at once. Had to unnecessarily buy some random products then wasting $$.
I had a wonderful experience at Pharmacy Junction, and I can't say enough good things about Pharmacist Karim and the entire staff. The level of care and professionalism I received was exceptional. Karim took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice, making me feel well-informed about my medications. The pharmacy was well-organized, and I received my prescriptions promptly. Linda has served me multiple times and is always a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and her product knowledge is outstanding. Very cheerful and accomodating, her level of service is consistent every time I have been in. What an asset to this company! Keep up the good work.
I recently had a distressing experience at Pharmacy Junction Parramatta. After making my purchases and exiting the store, I was unexpectedly confronted by three employees who accused me of theft. They demanded to see my bag, insisting I had stolen from their pharmacy. Although I presented my proof of purchase, their apology was minimal and lacked sincerity.
As an elderly customer, this incident was not only upsetting but also impacted my health. I found this treatment to be extremely discourteous and unacceptable. It's disheartening to face such accusations without any valid reason.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this pharmacy. It's important for a business to treat its customers with respect and dignity, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.
Best customer service and very informative. All the girls are amazing. If you require any assistance or if you are not sure about any product, all the girls are very switched and efficient. Jenny, Ayat and there are many more girls are extremely helpful.

Karim is totally incompetent. I gave him my script. He told me to come back in one hour. He forgot to complete my work. Did not know about my script. He wanted me to come back in two days. Useless fellow. Fire him. I also observed him being loud and rude to other people. I note that others have also given him a low rating. Why does the management keep him?
